Rolando DeLeon is a skilled program analyst currently working at the Office of Government Ethics since March 2019, focusing on the Integrity FD system. With extensive experience in sexual assault response, Rolando has held various key positions, including Joint Forces HQ Sexual Assault Response Coordinator for the Army National Guard and Sexual Assault Program Manager for the United States Air Force, where strategic plans for prevention and response were developed and implemented. Rolando's career spans over two decades in military service, beginning with the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in General Studies from Columbia College.
