Henri Kotze has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Henri is currently working at OfferZen as a Product Manager since 2021. In this role, they lead the MMA squad, focusing on the tech recruitment marketplace. Henri is responsible for key metrics, problem-solving, product roadmap definition, task planning, and collaboration with stakeholders. Previously, at OfferZen, they were the Product Manager for the Activation squad.

Prior to OfferZen, Henri worked at HENSOLDT South Africa as a Product Engineer from 2016 to 2021.

Before that, they worked at Eskom starting in 2012, where they held two roles. Henri served as a C&I System Engineer from 2014 to 2016, being responsible for the maintenance, modification, and improvement projects of the DCS control system. In addition, they worked as an EIT (Assistant Engineer) from 2012 to 2013, gaining experience in engineering concepts and procedures with a focus on C&I.

Henri Kotze obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics from Stellenbosch University. Henri pursued their education at the university from 2008 to 2011.
