NganHa Nguyen has over a decade of experience in various administrative and support roles. Currently serving as an Escalation Specialist in CS Operations at OfferUp since May 2019, NganHa previously worked as a PSA/Billing Specialist Associate at Obstetrix Medical Group Of Washington, Inc. from July 2015 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a Clinical Services Scheduler at Autism Spectrum Therapies, an intern at Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest, and administrative roles at WSU Children's Center and the Women's Resource Center. NganHa holds a degree from Washington State University, completed in 2013.
