Dr. Anne Deter currently serves as Finanzstrategin and Abteilungsleiterin at the Niedersächsisches Finanzministerium Hannover since 2018, focusing on optimizing the state portfolio and innovative financial management. Dr. Deter holds various supervisory board positions, including Vorsitzende at Toto-Lotto Niedersachsen GmbH and memberships at NORD/LB, Öffentliche Versicherung Braunschweig, and Nds. Staatstheater Hannover GmbH, among others. Previous roles include political strategist for the CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion and financial market expert at the Bundesministerium der Finanzen. Dr. Deter obtained a Dr. iur. in Rechtsgeschichte from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and is a Certified Credit Analyst through DVFA.
