Melissa Maffei is a seasoned finance and customer service professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Offen Petroleum since March 2021, Melissa is responsible for invoicing sales and services. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, for over a decade as an Accounting Clerk and Customer Service Agent, where Melissa provided comprehensive accounting and customer service support. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at HI-Z Business Equipment, managing customer interactions and supporting accounting operations, as well as roles in purchasing, customer service, and administrative support at Res Kem LLC and Purolite Corporation, respectively. Melissa is a graduate of Exeter Township Senior High School.
