Nick Allen has over a decade of work experience in the esports industry. Nick has held various leadership roles, including President and COO of Mogul Moves, CEO and Co-Founder of OFFBRAND, and Co-Owner/Advisor at Moist Esports. Previously, they served as COO and SVP of Partnerships and Operations at Loaded. Nick also held positions at The Madison Square Garden Company, Counter Logic Gaming, Twitch, Riot Games, and IGN Entertainment. Before entering the esports field, Nick worked as a social worker for several organizations.

Nick Allen attended Sacramento City College from 2006 to 2008. Nick then transferred to California State University-Sacramento and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2010.
