Elena Kalahar is a Product Designer at Off The Record since March 2023, where responsibilities also encompass Customer Service and Operations. Previously, Elena Kalahar held various roles at Plato, including Talent Coach Manager and Senior Talent Coach from November 2021 to August 2022, and earlier as a Talent Coach. A commitment to service is evident from time spent as a Returned TELLS Volunteer with the Peace Corps from February 2019 to March 2020 and as a Community-Based Regional Coordinator at Denver Public Schools from September 2017 to August 2018. Additional experience includes positions at Denver Public Schools as an AmeriCorps Student Engagement Advocate, Human Resources Manager at the University of Denver's Driscoll Student Center, Research Manager at DynamicBuna, Inc., and Education Intern at Opera Colorado. Elena Kalahar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing a User Experience Design certification from Designlab.
