After graduating with a business and marketing degree, Hugh joined a management consultancy focussed on; process and productivity improvement, business restructuring, and systems re-engineering. After his initial years as a management consultant, Hugh held several senior management positions gaining extensive experience in manufacturing and industry across the food, automotive, and plastics sectors. Part of Hugh’s experience has been in production planning and systems, this aspect has been instrumental in providing the company with its current pod manufacturing systems allowing the company to manage complexity and variety with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
