Kaitlyn O'Dell is an accomplished individual pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Engineering at Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University. Currently working as a CDL Driver at Off Campus College Transport, Inc., Kaitlyn operates a bus, ensures vehicle safety, and maintains schedules while prioritizing passenger safety. In addition to this role, involvement in the SSIE Student Advisory Board and serving as an Undergraduate Course Assistant demonstrate dedication to mentoring and promoting the engineering field. Previous experience includes internships at PepsiCo and Mohawk Valley Health System, where Kaitlyn applied systems engineering principles and contributed to supply chain management. Additionally, participation in marine conservation research highlights a commitment to environmental protection.
