Joseph Seif, MPA, currently serves as Grant Program Director at SUNY Broome Community College, a role assumed in September 2023. As Co-Founder and Executive Manager at Green Vests | Gilets Verts since February 2021, Joseph has been instrumental in establishing the organization’s mission and directing multiple environmental projects. Joseph has extensive experience in transportation and community services, holding various roles at Off Campus College Transport, Inc. since 2018 and managing refugee support services at the American Civic Association from May 2022 to September 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Binghamton University, alongside an Associate's degree from SUNY Broome Community College. Joseph's background reflects a strong commitment to public administration, community support, and environmental initiatives.
