Stephanie Burnham Kinser has an extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. Stephanie began their career in 1991 as a Media Manager at United Direct Response. Stephanie then moved on to CyberVision Technologies in 1994 as the Bus Dev Vice President, followed by US West in 1995 as a Senior Project Manager. In 1999, they joined Eruptor Entertainment as the Marketing Vice President. In 2001, they became the Marketing Group Manager at Sprint. In 2007, they worked as the SnapGear Sales Manager - The Americas at McAfee. In 2009, they joined Communication Technology Professionals (CTP) as the Vice President. In 2010, they became the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing at IQNavigator. In 2014, they started their own company, Kinser Consult, LLC, as a Marketing Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Off Base Productions as the VP, Strategy & Operations and VP, Marketing and Growth.

Stephanie Burnham Kinser holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management of Communications & Media Technology from Regis University. Stephanie also holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
