Siew Yoon Tan is a Senior Policy Manager at Ofcom who has extensive experience in technical, strategy, and policy matters related to spectrum bands supporting mobile technology, including 5G. Siew Yoon has led various projects and policy developments in the field, including the implementation of white space devices in the UK. Prior to their current role, Siew Yoon served as an International Policy Manager and Senior Innovation Engineer at Ofcom, where Siew Yoon contributed to the development of regulatory frameworks for new technologies.
