Ioannis Tsolakis is an experienced project manager specializing in HR systems and transformation. Currently serving as a People & Transformation Project Manager at Ofcom since May 2022, Tsolakis previously held the role of HR Systems Manager at Stephenson Harwood LLP, overseeing global HR systems for over 1500 employees and leading HRIS transformations. Tsolakis's extensive background includes roles as Operations Manager at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, HR Project Analyst at The Health and Care Professions Council, and various HR positions at Leonard Cheshire Disability and J.W.Anderson.
