Courtney Harge's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at OF/BY/FOR ALL since March 2021. Courtney is also the Founder/Artistic Director of Colloquy Collective, where they successfully managed the incorporation, board recruitment, and stewardship, as well as program and partnership planning. Additionally, they have experience as an Independent Director/Performer, directing and developing staged readings and productions for F.O.K. Harge has held multiple roles at Fractured Atlas, including Associate Director of Inbound Marketing and External Relations Specialist. Courtney has also worked as a Member Advisor and Program Associate for Fiscal Sponsorship at the organization. Harge has contributed to various publications, including The Clyde Fitch Report and MOGUL Inc., where they created original content. Courtney has also worked as a Program Officer for Fiscal Sponsorship at New York Foundation for the Arts, where they advised artists of different disciplines and managed the Fiscal Sponsorship Program. Their experience also includes being a Development Manager at Gibney Dance, where they researched and submitted grant proposals, led fundraising campaigns, and planned events. Harge has interned in Capital Projects/Government Relations at The Public Theater and worked in Development at Theater for the New City.

Courtney Harge has a strong educational background in the arts and cultural management field. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) with Honors in Theatre Performance from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Professional Studies with Distinction in Arts and Cultural Management at Pratt Institute from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Courtney Harge has obtained additional certifications, including a Financial Success for Nonprofits Certificate from Cornell University in December 2022 and a Copyediting Certification from Writer's Digest in May 2020.
