Regina Adams possesses extensive experience in human resource management and administrative support, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Jumby Bay Island since June 2021, Regina also works as a Virtual Assistant and HR Consultant at Fiddle Leaf Consulting. Previous positions include Human Resource Manager at Chase Distributors Ltd., People and Culture Manager at TravelSmart VIP Vacations, and Human Resources Coordinator at Jumby Bay Island. Regina's career began in the banking sector with roles at Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank and Bank of Antigua Limited. Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, obtained between 2017 and 2022.
