Milan Mörs has extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industries, currently serving as Barhoofd at the Oerol Festival since June 2013 and as a Horeca medewerker at Poppodium Patronaat since March 2007, managing activities and finances related to events. In addition, Milan held various roles at Melger's Wijn & Dranken from May 2014 to March 2024, including International Beer Sommelier and Category Manager, focusing on B2B and B2C sales and supplier relationships. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at cafe de Roemer (2010-2014), Assistant Shop Manager at vanLeest bv (2005-2007), and Sales Specialist at Albert Heijn (1996-2005). Milan holds a Diplom Biersommelier from Doemens Bier Akademie and degrees in Sociology and Marketing from the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively. Continuous education in beer knowledge is ongoing through StiBON since 2015.
