Fred Fleener is an experienced Quality Engineer with a focus on aerospace and defense industries. Since March 2004, Fred has been employed at OECO, where responsibilities include AS 9100 auditing compliance and serving as a FAA repair station quality engineer. Prior to this role, Fred held quality engineering positions at Gerber Legendary Blades, Planar Systems, and FLIR Systems from 1996 to 2004. Fred Fleener holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology, earned between 2002 and 2009.
