Ruochen Li is an experienced Senior Project Manager at the OECD since 2016, leading the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS). From 2018 to 2022, Ruochen served as an Education Policy Analyst focusing on global relations and non-member engagement, as well as contributing to the PISA for Schools initiative from 2016 to 2018. Prior to OECD, Ruochen worked as a Researcher, Evaluator, and Consultant from 2013 to 2016, providing specialized services in education and international development for various organizations. Ruochen's earlier roles include Research and Evaluation Specialist at the Regional Educational Laboratory of the Pacific (2011-2013), Program Coordinator at the College Success Foundation (2008-2010), and Academic Counselor and Teacher at Marshall Islands High School (2005-2008). Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on International Education Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
