Carlo Plescia is currently the Customer Service Manager - Key Accounts at OEC Group (Canada) since November 2014. Prior to this, Carlo held the role of Manager Ocean Freight Import/Export Canada at the same company. Before joining OEC Group, Carlo worked at Panalpina from 2009 to 2014 as the Head of Ocean Transport. Carlo has extensive experience in leading teams in import/export operations, customer service, and pricing. Additionally, Carlo worked at CP Ships from 1988 to 2005 as the Regional Director, where Carlo oversaw sales, customer service, and administration. Carlo holds an Advanced CIFFA Certificate in Transportation and Logistics from CIFFA and certificates in Marketing and Administration from Concordia University.
