Howard Anderson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning several decades. Howard is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Odyssey Resorts, where they are responsible for overseeing operations, marketing, revenue management, call center, and strategic planning.

Before joining Odyssey Resorts, Howard served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at Odyssey Resorts from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at ZMC Hotels from 2018 to 2022, where they oversaw the operations of multiple hotels in the Lakes Region.

Howard has also held various board positions, including being a Board Member at Hospitality Minnesota since 2008 and a Board Member at the Minnesota Lodging Association from 2005 to 2019. Howard also served as the MLA President in 2007.

Throughout their career, Howard has held several management roles, including Vice President at Northcott Hospitality - Three Rivers Hospitality from 1997 to 2017, General Manager at Hampton Inn in Minnetonka, MN from 1995 to 1997, Sales Manager at Regal Minneapolis Hotel from 1993 to 1995, and Director of Northern Operations at Alphabet Soup Educational Toy Store from 1992 to 1993.

Howard'scareer in the hospitality industry began as a Sales Manager at Holiday Inn from 1991 to 1992 and DoubleTree Perimeter Center from 1990 to 1991. Overall, Howard Anderson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the hospitality industry.

Howard Anderson studied Business Administration at Iowa State University - College of Business from 1983 to 1988. Before that, they attended Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, VA, from 1979 to 1983.
