Aaron B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Aaron started their career as a Senior Photographer at Proex/Wolf Camera from 2000 to 2002. Aaron then joined ShelDon Design & Imaging, where they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer from 2005 to 2011 and later became the Design & Prepress Manager from 2011 to 2013. During their time at ShelDon, Aaron generated new revenue streams, enhanced customer experience, and developed strong relationships with local companies.

In 2010, Aaron co-founded Deep Water Creative, a collective of freelance developers, writers, and artists. Aaron served as a Co-Owner until 2012. In 2013, Aaron joined Odyssey Resorts, initially as a Marketing Manager and later became the Director of Marketing from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Aaron holds the position of VP of Marketing at Odyssey Resorts.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as special project management, market research, developing and executing marketing plans, budget management, marketing communications, ad campaign development and optimization, email marketing, website development, and data analysis. Aaron is also an entrepreneur with a creative outlet through Deep Water Creative, which offers website design and development, WordPress care services, and product design.

Aaron B. attended Duluth Business University from 2003-2005, where they obtained an AAS degree in Graphic Design. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including Google AdWords Fundamentals in July 2018 and Google Analytics Certified in February 2016.
