Asif Afzal has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Officer at Allied Bank Limited. Asif then moved to Jamal & Co. in 2008, where they served as Operations Manager. In 2014, they became Resources Manager at Azhar Steel Re Rolling Mills, and in 2019, they became HR Manager at PureLogics. In 2020, Asif Afzal was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at DevStudio and a Senior Human Resources Manager at Computan. In 2021, they were Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Director at Odyssey Solutions. Finally, in 2022, they became Co-Founder at Techtitans Pakistan.

Asif Afzal obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Institute of Management Sciences Pak-Aims between 1999 and 2002. Asif then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Management and Technology - UMT between 2003 and 2005.
