Jake Hustead is an experienced professional in the hospitality and guest relations sector, currently serving as the Assistant Director and Manager of Guest Relations at OdySea Aquarium since October 2017. Prior to this role, Jake spent nearly eight years at Buffalo Wild Wings, where the responsibilities included opening new restaurants and managing operations with a strong emphasis on enhancing the guest experience, successfully launching over 40 locations across North America. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Washington State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
