Jon Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jon started their career as a Logistics Manager in the US Navy in 2008, where they excelled in logistics analysis, procurement, and supply storage and distribution. Jon managed supply distribution centers in Spain and Afghanistan and led a cost-cutting initiative that resulted in significant savings. Jon also developed a training plan that led to promotions for junior supervisors.

In 2014, Jon joined vineyard vines as an Assistant Manager of Operations. Jon achieved exceptional results in retail management, exceeding sales targets and effectively handling store operations.

Since 2017, Jon has been working at ODW Logistics, where they have held various roles. Jon began as an Operations Manager and progressed to become the General Manager of Operations. In this role, they oversaw a multi-client distribution site, managing a team of direct and indirect reports and successfully delivering exceptional customer service. Jon also demonstrated expertise in operational forecasting and utilizing KPIs to monitor performance.
