Nils Goossens Bara is an experienced professional in partner channel management and recruitment, currently serving as Team Leader - Partner Channel at Odoo since April 2019, where responsibilities include fostering long-lasting relationships with partners in Europe and Africa, providing support for partner growth, and coaching team members. Previously, Nils worked at Volt (Europe) as a Recruitment Consultant focused on software engineering, and held roles in sales and marketing at GoldenWings Privilege Club and ZIEGLER GROUP. Nils holds a Master's degree in Political Communication & International Affairs, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, and has completed an exchange program in Communication and Media studies at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
