Thomas Theisen is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product development and performance engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at ODL, Inc. since September 2024, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Product Development (Performance) Engineer at MillerKnoll from August 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included developing performance requirements and coordinating test plans. Earlier roles include contributions at Herman Miller in various engineering capacities and at Johnson Controls focusing on product engineering for overhead systems. Thomas has a strong academic background with a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
