Early in their career, Ted worked as a Project Engineer/Project Manager at TS Tool / Helfrecht Corporation, managing machine building projects. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
