Tim Leneman is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment and social care, currently working as a recruiter at Odion since September 2022. With a strong background in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, Tim has held various roles including mentor and contact researcher for Covid-19 at GGD Hollands Noorden, personal caretaker at Careander, and volunteer at SET-Reizen, supporting travel for people with mild intellectual disabilities. Previous positions include activities coordinator at Zorggroep Noordwest-Veluwe and several internships focused on personal guidance. Tim completed education at Landstede MBO from 2013 to 2017 and has been involved in student representation and ambassador roles related to health and welfare programs.
