Andrea Castellanos has a solid background in the construction and engineering industry. Andrea started their career in 2008 as a Section Engineer at VINCI Construction, where they worked until 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Project Director at CCND. Andrea then joined OPAIN S.A. Concesionario Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado as a Construction Chief Officer from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Director - Airports VP at Odinsa, a role they have been in since 2018.

Andrea Castellanos completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Inalde Business School between 2014 and 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1998 to 2003. From 1995 to 2000, they also studied Civil Engineering at the same university. In addition to their academic degrees, Andrea Castellanos has recently pursued a certification in "Liderazgo de Mujeres en Juntas Directivas" from CESA.
