Elin Crombie serves as the Executive Vice President of Design and Engineering and Chief Operating Officer at Odfjell Oceanwind, where the focus is on developing and operating a fleet of floating Mobile Offshore Wind Units for off-grid electricity supply. With extensive experience at Odfjell Drilling from August 2003 to September 2021, Elin held multiple senior positions including Senior Principal Engineer in Marine/Naval Architecture and Manager of Operational Engineering, among others. Prior experience includes a role as Naval Architect at BMT SHIPDESIGN Ltd from August 1999 to August 2003. Elin's educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and studies at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
