Erlend Seim is an experienced marine engineer and team leader currently serving as Team Lead of Marine Analysis at Odfjell Technology since January 2021, while also engaged as a Marine Engineer at Odfjell Drilling since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Erlend held the position of Tender Manager at Swire Seabed, overseeing the preparation of lump sum tenders for various maritime projects, and worked as a Project Engineer responsible for 3D modeling and method statements. Career experience includes significant roles at Aker Solutions, where Erlend served as Project Engineer and Team Manager within the Workover Systems engineering team, and as a summer intern at Reinertsen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Subsea Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Technology from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
