Brittany Molenaar has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Product Delivery Analyst at Odeza. In 2020, they began working as a Calculus Teaching Assistant at DePauw University, and as an Assistant Office Manager at Functional Kids Therapy LLC. In 2019, they began working as a District STEM Tutor at DePauw University.

Brittany Molenaar attended DePauw University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. In July 2022, they obtained a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
