Allen Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Allen is currently working as a Product Manager at Odeza, An Ensemble Health Partners Company. In their previous role at Inovalon, they worked as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for various product management tasks such as product roadmap planning, market strategy planning, UI/UX design, and customer feedback analysis. Allen also conducted competitive analysis and research, designed UI enhancements, and tracked ROI for implemented changes. Prior to that, Allen worked as a Sr Data Analyst - Product Execution & Analytics at Inovalon, where they managed operational processes, developed key metrics, and performed data analysis using SQL. Allen has also been the CEO, Software Developer, and Head of Product at their own start-up, Boomspur LLC, where they designed and coded a RESTful API and iPhone App. Allen has previous experience as a Senior Reporting Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, a SQL Data Analyst and Team Lead at Inovalon, and a Database Developer at HighPoint Solutions. Their earlier work experience includes being a Gym Manager at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Allen Lewis has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition, they have obtained a Pragmatic Foundations Certificate from the Pragmatic Institute in April 2021.
