Montana Islas has a diverse work experience beginning in 2016 as a Leasing Specialist at Westside Rentals, where they assisted owners with leasing processes and conducted property showings. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Hunter/Page Realty Group, performing various marketing tasks and organizing client information. Following this, they joined DeSanti as a Recruiter, specializing in IT and Engineering placements and acting as a talent acquisition provider for healthcare organizations and government agencies. Most recently, they held the position of Operations Manager at DeSanti and later at Odesus, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing operations and administrative functions.

Montana Islas attended Santa Monica High School from 2011 to 2014. They did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during this time. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a QuickBooks Certified User Online Version from Intuit in the year 2023.
