Lars Bach serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Quadsat since February 2024 and is the Vice Chairman of the Board at Odense Robotics from April 2023. At Universal Robots, Lars Bach has held multiple significant roles since July 2017, including Senior Director of R&D for Cobots and earlier positions such as Lead Product Manager. Previously, Lars Bach was the Chairman of the Board at KOLCON Steel from February 2016 to March 2018, guiding the company in design and fabrication of steel constructions. Lars Bach's career began at Schneider Electric, where roles included Design & Project Manager and Test Engineering Project Leader from July 2005 to June 2017. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark, completed in 2005.
