Rebecca Lucas Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting, human resources, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Accounting and HR Manager at Odell Associates since March 2011, Rebecca leads the Accounting and HR Department for a mid-size Architecture and Engineering firm. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked with Serco, Inc. as a Program Manager overseeing a Department of Defense contract and as a Career Counselor, where Rebecca provided career transition services to military personnel and their families. Additionally, Rebecca served as a Small Business Consultant at the Women's Business Center, assisting in the launch and growth of numerous businesses in the Fayetteville area. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University.
