Britt Anderson has worked at multiple companies in various roles. They started their career at Northrop Grumman as a Business Analyst from June 2017 to June 2018. They then moved on to EY, where they worked as a Product Manager and Senior Consultant from July 2018 to December 2020. In 2020, they joined Iodine Software as an Associate Product Manager, and their tenure lasted from November 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Britt holds two roles at Odeko, starting as a Product Manager in July 2021 and subsequently being promoted to Senior Product Manager in November 2022.

Britt Anderson completed their education at two institutions. From an unspecified start year until 2018, they attended UC San Diego, where they pursued International Economics. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Diploma from Olive Grove Charter School. Britt Anderson also possesses additional certifications, including "Mastering Product Management" from Reforge, obtained in November 2021, and "Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (V11.0)" from Automation Anywhere, acquired in January 2019.
