Prior roles include shift supervision at Panda Liberty Station, where Joe developed system operating procedures, and significant positions at Duke Energy Corporation, Progress Energy, and Southern Company, where Joe specialized in operating procedures, training, and controlling operations for various gas and steam turbine systems. Joe's extensive experience encompasses startup and commissioning responsibilities, maintenance program management, and control room operations, underscored by a strong educational foundation that includes extensive training in the energy sector.
