Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare information technology. Since April 2003, Charlene has served as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, focusing on clinical documentation and patient education. Previously, Charlene was a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application occurred in the emergency department. Earlier roles include Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology and staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
