Andrea Breon Daniels, CAM, LEAD, currently serves as the Director of Performance + Culture at Oddo Development Company since March 2014. With a strong background in event coordination and sales, Andrea has previously held roles such as Community Manager and Assistant Manager | Marketing Coordinator at the same company, and Event Coordinator at Gaslight Grill, where responsibilities included organizing successful banquets and exceeding sales goals. Prior experience includes serving as Events Coordinator & Marketing Manager at Staley Farms Golf Club and Athletics Recruiting Coordinator at LeTourneau University, focusing on logistics, contract negotiations, and enhancing customer service. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
