Nick Sprinkle is an experienced Engineering Manager at Oddball, leading efforts to enhance the digitization process of VA.gov forms and improve accessibility for veterans. Since August 2019, Nick has managed multiple teams, conducted audits on VA forms to prioritize digitization efforts, and developed efficient workflows and reusable web components to standardize digital experiences. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the architecture of VA.gov and the development of related platforms. Nick's earlier experience includes a Tech Lead role at Appriss Safety, focusing on maintainable web applications for internal use, and roles in client virtualization and software development, having co-founded FixYourPaper.com. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
