Megen Schlesinger is an experienced program manager with a focus on defense contracts and technology innovation. Currently serving as Program Manager for Air Force Contracts at Oddball since February 2022, Megen previously held key roles at the US Naval Postgraduate School as Deputy Director of NavalX Central Coast Tech Bridge, where responsibilities included fostering partnerships and optimizing innovation pathways. Megen also served as Managing Director and Director of Operations at C-TRAC, overseeing operations of a nonprofit supporting Department of Defense technology. With a background in the US Army, including roles as Company Commander and Operations Planner, Megen has a solid foundation in operations management and security oversight. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland.
