Joel Oliveira has held various roles throughout their work experience. Joel started their career at Interacesso, where they worked part-time as a Helpdesk Technician from September 2006 to October 2007. Joel then transitioned to the role of Software Analyst/Programmer at Interacesso from October 2007 to February 2009.

In 2009, Joel joined Ubiwhere as an intern, working from September 2009 to July 2010. Joel then moved on to G9Telecom, S.A., where they worked as a Systems Analyst from October 2010 to June 2012.

Joel then joined HumanSpot as a Software Developer in July 2012, before transitioning to Sports Stars Media Dubai in March 2013, where they held the position of Software/Game Developer and Scrum-Master until April 2015.

Joel went back to HumanSpot as a Software Alchemist and Scrum-Master from August 2015 to February 2016. Joel then joined ODD Bureau in February 2016 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Most recently, Joel worked at Federação Nacional de Squash - Portugal as the Coordinator of Communication and Marketing from March 2021 to May 2022.

Joel Oliveira holds a Master's Degree in Informatic Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Informatic Engineering at the same institution from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Level 4 (QNQ) degree in Multimedia Technician from Itap between 1999 and 2002.
