Jennifer Chapman Riordan has a diverse work history, starting in 2000 with positions at AEG. Jennifer Chapman worked their way up from Executive Assistant to CEO to Manager of Special Events in the Office of the President & CEO. In 2016, they became the Director of Employee Engagement and then advanced to Vice President of Employee Engagement & Experience in 2018. In these roles, Jennifer successfully launched employee network groups, created a health and well-being ambassador program, transformed the company's intranet, and launched an internal ticket platform for employees. In 2021, they joined ocV!BE as the Director of Partnership Services.
Jennifer Chapman Riordan earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from UC San Diego in 1998. Jennifer Chapman went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2003 to 2005.
