Esther S. serves as the Human Resources Manager at ocV!BE since August 2021, with responsibilities including recruitment, benefits, wellness, leave administration, safety, and HR administration, while also acting as a business partner for the San Diego Gulls Hockey Club and The Rinks. Previously, Esther S. held the same title at H&S Ventures from July 2007 to July 2021 and served as a Human Resources Specialist earlier in that tenure, focusing on similar HR functions. Esther S. has additional experience as an Executive Assistant at First Franklin Financial/Merrill Lynch and KCET from 1993 to 2007. Esther S. earned a degree from the University of California, Berkeley from 1982 to 1986.
