Jim G.'s work experience begins in 1995 as a Sales Engineer at RVSI. Jim then worked as a Sales Manager at AED from 2000 to 2003, where they were responsible for growing revenue and creating sales strategies. At AED from 2004 to 2006, they served as a Sales Director, managing distribution channel sales and direct business to OEMs and ISVs. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Director of Sales at BSquare, focusing on software product and professional engineering services. Jim then worked at Neusoft America from 2012 to 2018, holding the positions of AVP Sales Americas and Vice President Sales Americas, where they managed sales of engineering services and licensed products. Jim moved on to Embedded Engineering Services from 2018 to 2020 as the SVP of Sales and Executive Business Consultant. Currently, they are the Chief Business Development Officer at Ocutrx Technologies, Inc. and Spectrum Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, Inc.
Jim G. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Jim also has an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In addition, they have undergone training in Electronics and Systems Engineering at the NTC Naval Training Center. Jim has obtained various additional certifications, including Inbound Marketing and Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy, as well as Accounting Foundations: Managerial Accounting and Excel: Management Accounting from LinkedIn.
