Dan Hazzard currently serves as the Director of Legal at Oculus Legal Group, specializing in legal recruitment since November 2023. With extensive experience in the legal sector, Dan has collaborated with national and international law firms, niche partnerships, in-house companies, and various small to medium-sized enterprises and startups. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Heat Recruitment from July 2014 to October 2023, including Director & Head of Legal Recruitment and Associate Director. Earlier in the career, Dan worked as a Casualty Paralegal at DAC Beachcroft LLP, managing an active caseload and handling file allocations with precision. Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the West of England, completed in 2012.
