Sarah Segrest is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business development, technology transformation, and community building. As the founder of Octosmos since July 2021, Sarah has cultivated a creative consulting and services company with a diverse network across multiple industries. Previously, Sarah served as the VIP of Community at Virbela, where contributions included leading the Open Campus Community project, enhancing community engagement, and developing innovative cultural experiences. With a background as Chief Learning Officer at the National Collaborative for Digital Equity, Sarah has over 20 years of expertise in education technology and strategic planning. Additional roles include directing strategy and innovation at Douglas Stewart Software + Services and head of corporate business development at WYNIT Distribution, LLC. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Colorado State University.
