Ratna Madeka has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 17 years. Ratna began their career in 2002 as National Head of Revenue at Reliance Communications Ltd. In 2015, they moved to Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Private Limited as AVP National Sales for Mobile Data Applications. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President at Octos Global, and in 2018 they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Reinforce Global.

Ratna Madeka holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mumbai University Mumbai. Ratna also has a certification from IIM Kolkatta for a special program on Leadership Skills.
