Nicolas Minnich currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Octopus Energy since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked as an HR-Manager at Myra Security GmbH from September 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing the personnel management tool Personio, creating automated templates, developing work and interim references, and overseeing the complete recruiting pipeline for sales positions. Nicolas has also organized onboarding and offboarding processes, supported the development of a new recruiting strategy, and initiated an internal Meat&Eat concept. Earlier experience includes bartending at ALEX Gaststätten Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from November 2019 to August 2022 and serving as a basketball coach at SV Germering E.V. from September 2016 to September 2017. Nicolas is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in March 2025, and holds a Fachhochschulreife in Technik from Staatliche Fachoberschule Fürstenfeldbruck, obtained in June 2020.
